Refund Policy

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit.

To start a return, you can contact us at maisonpolished@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the mailing address on your package.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges and Store Credit

We do not offer cash refunds. If your return is accepted, you’ll receive store credit equal to the value of your returned item (excluding shipping).

  • Store credit must be used within 30 days of issuance.

  • The fastest way to get a different item is to make a new purchase using your store credit once your return is processed.


Refunds

As Maison Polished issues store credit only, refunds will not be made to the original payment method. Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email and your store credit will be issued within 10 business days.
